Penn Township is a civil township located in Cass County, Michigan. The township is 36 square miles with a population of 1,755 as of the 2020 Census and includes the Village of Vandalia.

The 2020 Census shows the following for Penn Township:  Median Household Income $76,974; Bachelor's Degree or Higher 32.8%; Employment Rate 47.8%; Total Housing Units 1,269; Without Health Care Coverage 5.9%; Total Households 808. 

Penn Township is home to The Bonine House and The Bogue House both instrumental in the Underground Railroad and Kentucky Raid.
