Public Notice - Notice of Registration for Election
TO THE QUALIFIED ELECTORS OF PENN TOWNSHIP: PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that any qualified elector of Penn Township who is not already registered, may register to vote at the office of the Township Clerk, the office of the County Clerk, Secretary of State branch office, or other designated state agency. Registration forms can be obtained at www.mi.gov/vote and mailed to the Township Clerk. Voters who are already registered may update their registration at www.expressSOS.com. Public Notice - Election Public Accuracy Test
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Public Accuracy Test of equipment at the Penn Township Voting Precinct for the August 4th 2026 Primary Election has been scheduled for Wednesday July 22nd 2026 at 6:30 pm at the Penn Township Hall located at 60717 S. Main St., Vandalia, MI 49095.
The Public Accuracy Test is conducted to demonstrate that the computer program used to record and count the votes cast at the election meet the requirements of the law. The Public is welcome to observe this process.
Public Notice - Board of Trustees Special Meeting
Penn Township Board will hold a special meeting on July 1st, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. at Penn Township Hall, 60717 S. Main Street, Vandalia, Michigan 49095.
Two items are on the agenda:
1. To review and vote to approve road repair contracts with Cass County Road Commission.
2. Nominate and vote to appoint Shad Yoder to Penn Township Planning board.
